All deliveries are performed using chilled, temperature-controlled vehicles to preserve the integrity of our products and ensure uncompromised quality throughout transit.
To uphold our commitment to a safe and timely delivery experience, we may engage trusted third-party logistics partners.
DELIVERY COVERAGE & SCHEDULE
At this time, The Cheeseroom delivers exclusively within the Emirate of Dubai.
Guests may receive their orders within the dedicated delivery windows, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, from Tuesday to Sunday.
Same-day delivery is available for guests who place orders within our designated cut-off times, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for our esteemed guests.
SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
If a desired delivery slot appears unavailable at checkout but you still wish to request it, we invite our guests to contact our concierge. While availability cannot be guaranteed, our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
DELIVERY TIMING & CONTINGENCIES
The Cheeseroom is committed to delivering all orders within the desired time slot selected by the guest upon checkout. While we take every precaution to ensure punctuality, unforeseen circumstances — including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, or external disruptions — may occasionally affect the timing of your delivery. Though such instances are unlikely, The Cheeseroom cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. Should any disruption arise, our team will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly.
Road Blockages & Restricted Access
In the event of road blockages, restricted access, or any circumstance that limits entry to the delivery location, guests must ensure that The Cheeseroom is informed in advance, that the delivery team is granted the necessary authority or authorisation to enter the premises, and that the guest is able to collect the order from the nearest accessible point if required. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that our drivers are able to access the delivery location without obstruction, limitation, or insufficient delivery permissions. The Cheeseroom cannot be held liable for delays resulting from road blockages, restricted access, or access limitations beyond our control.
Should the delivery be delayed, unsuccessful, or rendered impossible due to restricted access, the order will not be eligible for refund, return, reimbursement, or recompensation. Where an additional delivery attempt is requested or required at a later time, guests may be subject to additional delivery fees, subject to scheduling availability. Should we be unable to fulfil the order due to such conditions, The Cheeseroom reserves the right to cancel the order without refund, reimbursement, recompensation, or return.
Delivery Protocol & Guest Presence
To preserve the integrity and safety of our products, The Cheeseroom requires that a guest or an authorised recipient be present at the time of the delivery attempt. Guests are kindly requested not to instruct drivers to leave orders unattended, including placing items on the floor or outside the premises.
This practice is strongly discouraged for the following reasons:
- It compromises hygiene standards. It increases the risk of theft or tampering.
- A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt and validate the invoice.
While this request may be accommodated in exceptional cases, The Cheeseroom cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or product deterioration resulting from unattended deliveries.
Guest Acknowledgement Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, guests are required to sign the invoice provided by the driver. This signature serves as formal confirmation that the order has been received in full and in proper condition.
In the absence of any immediate concerns reported at the time of delivery, the signed invoice will be regarded as acceptance of the order as delivered.
