Please note that The Cheeseroom currently delivers exclusively within the Emirate of Dubai. Delivery services are not available outside this area at this time.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our concierge as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Please note that modifications or cancellations may not be accommodated once an order once an order has been processed for dispatch. 

The Cheeseroom guarantees that all orders are delivered in perfect condition to the designated delivery address provided at checkout. 

In the unlikely event that the quality of your order is compromised upon arrival, we kindly ask that you contact concierge@cheeseroom.com within 48 hours of delivery. Alternatively, guests may directly contact our concierge. To initiate a review, please include:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, complete and accurate documentation is essential for any replacement or exchange to be considered. Regrettably, claims submitted without the appropriate supporting materials will not be eligible for re-shipment.
